Desired Configuration Management (00:24:00) Sometimes you don’t want to manage a software package as a full package, but only a few settings within that package - maybe for security or compliance reasons. Remote Tools & Wake On LAN Features (00:15:50) The troubleshooting and update process requires you to sometimes look over the shoulder of your users.
